If you’ve had any past or current affiliation with the company and believe you hold information pointing to potential misconduct, now is the time to come forward and do the right thing — speak up to protect others.
Your communication is confidential and protected by law
Employees who report suspected misconduct are protected under federal whistleblower laws, including 5 U.S.C. § 2302(b)(8) and 41 U.S.C. § 4712. These statutes prohibit retaliation against individuals who disclose information they reasonably believe evidences fraud, gross mismanagement, abuse of authority, waste, or violations of law. Importantly, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) cannot override or restrict an individual’s legal right to make such protected disclosures to government agencies, Inspectors General, or members of Congress.
